Softball

I know this is a little late, but we had our first softball game on Tuesday. It went fairly well considering the circumstances. We hadn't practiced. No one knew what position they were playing (I ended up at catcher) and no one knew what the lineup was to bat. We played a total of 4 innings before the 10run rule took effect. After the second inning, we were ahead 5 to 1. Then something happened. The next 2 innings they scored 16 runs. We would get the first 2 people out immediately, then for some reason had difficulty getting the third person out. It sucked being catcher because I just kept watching the other team cross the plate while we were still trying to get the ball. Overall, it was fun and we all had a blast. We don't play next week, but the week after that we have a double header. That will be interesting.
