Hack....Hack...Wait...Vroom!!!

My Mom attacked my hair today. I lost 6 inches of it. I wouldn't call it attack...because i told her I wanted it chopped off. She took me literally. I like it though :) It's between chin and shoulder length, but there are lotsa layers. She almost cut all the blonde out of my hair too. I now know what my natural color is *tear. My natural color is...brownish reddish mixedish. very unthrilling. I like the blonde streaks in it better, but I really don't care all that much. I 'm just happy I know what my natural color is since i haven't seen it since eighth grade. The crazy part....my Mom didn't use scissors once when she cut it. She used a straight razor, that's it. Kinda crazy!

Genius Ashley needed a new memory card for my new digital camera my parents got me for my birthday. So today being the only day i could get it, i headed up to Best Buy around 1pm. Yes, yes I was a crazy soul for going to Best Buy the busiest shopping day of the year. But I needed one and they were really cheap. Traffic around the Dayton Mall wasn't too bad, and even the Best Buy parking lot wasn't too bad. The store was crowded, but not too bad. So i walked my happy frosen butt back to the digital camera section picked up my little flash card (all the sale ones were gone :( ) and walked past the DVD's to see if there were any I wanted, then made my way to the front of the store to get in line to buy my little flash card.....Then it hit. It was a little crowded up there I looked for the end of the line. This will make a little more sense to those of you who know the Dayton Mall store, the others of you can imagine :) I looked over in the appliances and saw the line in the dishwashers, then I followed it. Through the refrigerators, washers and dryers, stoves, microwaves, vacuum cleaners and finally the coffee makers. Holy Poo! The line was almost back to the car stereos! So i mosey on back there to find the end of the line and there was an employee stading there with a balloon and a sign saying "I am the end of the line." Needless to say I got to see every kitchen appliance in the store, and an hour later I walked out the door with my little compact flash card...

And finally...the day has finally come. Tomorrow I get to see John Williams and the Chicago Symphony play the horn concerto! YAY!!! they're also playing music from E.T. and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. YAY! The only bad part is that I have to be in BG at 8am so that means getting up at 4:30am. With that, I'm off to bed :)
