Cha-Ching!

There's something about Grandmas that makes life great. I dunno if it's the unconditional love and the good cooking, but my Grandma is great. Earlier in the week I got a phone call from my Grandma and she said that she wanted to take me out shopping to buy whatever I wanted. Yesterday (Friday) my Grandma picked me up at 10am and took me to the Dayton Mall to get whatever I wanted. She said it was because I had been at school 3 years and she had on;y sent me $20. I think it's because out of the 3 grandchildren she has and everyone else on that side of the family, I'm the only one that has even gone to college and will actually graduate. Shopping with her was actually fun and I enjoyed it because i don't get to spend much time with my Grandma. The bonus was that she paid for everything. Whatever I wanted, she bought it. I didn't take advantage of that, it was just nice. After our day of fun I came home at 1pm with 3 pairs of pants, 3 shirts and a $300 leather jacket that she insisted on buying me. Amazingly I refrained from shoes. I deserve a pat on the back for that one...

At about 3pm my brother's girlfriend and one of my brother's friends came over with 2 Game Cube controllers and Mario Party 5. We stopped playing for dinner at about 8 and then finally at 11. The 4 of us walked downstairs and told my parents that we were bored. They said that we should go bowling. So we did with my parents and I cleaned up. I bowled a 147 and a 170! YAY!
