SHS

I honestly never thought that being in college would ever feel like being in high school again. Monday it clicked. Every morning I get up at 7am, throw myself together, load up my back pack, get in my car at 8am, drive to the CMA (College of Musical Arts), get out of the car, walk to my 8:30 class, and from then on switch classes every 50 minutes until 2:30 in the same building just like in high school.

Not only is being there like high school, the social atmosphere is like high school too. Whether they know it or not, everyone is generalized into a "clique" although they aren't as bad as high school, really we're all friends, just closer to some people than others and everyone will have the same professor at some point, often more than once. The worst part is that the CMA is also a HUGE GIANT rumor mill. Everyone knows everybody else's business.

I'm not saying that I hate the CMA or my major or anyone in particular, it just dawned on me last week that I kinda feel like I'm in a high school for people that are older :)

On to bigger things. Literally.

I swear the people that live above us are heifers. Either that or they need to learn how to walk. Every 5 minutes it sounds like T Rex doing the Cha Cha. I was thinking they could be playing DDR when it first started, but after 3 weeks, I've decided that it has to be REALLY bad DDR because there is no rhythm to it whatsoever. Not even a steady walking rhythm. The band secretary suggests that it could be alcohol, but i doubt that on a Wed. morning. I know, it's BG, it wouldn't really suprise me, but it's getting annoying. Any suggestions?
