Yep, I'm Fat

I went to the rec for the first time in 2 weeks. It wasn't as hateful as I thought it would be. THe mile was somewhat easier to run. I need to start running longer though. Also I magically lost 4 lbs. Something tells me I was losing muscle? Or hte meds that the doc put me on are working? I dunno, I got nothing. I just know that I need to start hitting up the rec more regularly. I want it to be warm, so I can run outside. The track at the rec is 9.2 laps to a mile, that's too many.
