Odd Findings
Wow, lotsa posts today.
After running for the first time in awhile, my thighs and hip flexors are the parts of me that are the most sore/tired. Probably because I use my thighs to absorb shock. When my roommate DZ goes running, she says that he calf muscles are the most sore because that's what she uses to aborbs shock. So I guess this is a type of poll. What muscles hurt the most or are most tired after you go running?
