This is Weird

I'm not at the school today. In fact, I'm sitting on the porch typing this in the gorgeous sunlight. There isn't a cloud in the sky.

I was ok with not being at school, until I realized I miss the kids. A lot. Apparently today is senior skip day and over 500 seniors are absent. My cooperating teacher needs to get an Instant Messenger of some sort so we don't have to email IM each other :)

I'm sitting here trying to get myself a job for next year. It's getting annoying. I'm sick of it. This school in Indiana wants me to write a small autobiography and my teaching philosophy. I keep putting it off. I really really need to do it, it's the only thing I've heard from any of the schools I've applied for in Indiana, which as we all know is the target area of this whole operation.

Also, there is a quasi date chosen for this wedding shindig. Sometime around late June, early July of next year. We're thinking the 23 or 30 of June or the 7 of July. Mostly due to me not knowing where I'll be and I'll have summers off, also that timing is perfect for the section of after school ends and marching band begins with honeymoon time in there. I'm sure as more info arises I'll put it up here.

Now it's off to shower, then go shopping with Gimp.
