Never Thought...

Gimp babysits kids on Thursday nights, a 5 year old and 8 (?) year old. I was bored yesterday, so i decided to go with her and surprise the kids. Apparently they ask about me every time she's there, because Gimp and I took them to the zoo last summer. Anyway, I had fun. And they wore me out. And it may have indefinitely changed my mind on the whole wanting kids thing. I don't want them now, but in a while ( a LONG while) I might want a couple.

It was fun to revisit old childhood games. We played soccer, and basketball, and hide and seek, and freeze tag. Only we played freeze tag for an hour and a half. I even taught them crab soccer, thinking it would wear them out. WRONG! After all that playing, Gimp and I were more tired than they were.

Also, a work update. I still have a job. They gave me tonight and tomorrow night off, but I have to work Sunday, at which point, I'm telling them, I'm outta there. I might finish this week's schedule, I might not. All I know is that I'll probably be moving back to 'Boro sometime next week. Which means that I need a job back there until I get a real job.
