Apology...

To All Basson Players:

I am sorry if I ever called your instrument a farting bedpost (because it is). After my first attempts at playing the basson this morning at 8:30am, I realized that it's hard. By far the hardest instrument I've played in my life! I have a newfound respect for your instrument. I thought that it took a lot of air to play the horn because it's twice as long, but it takes three times the amount of air that I had to use on the tuba! My ab muscles will be sore tomorrow! Also, all the notes sound the same! Especially because your head starts to vibrate and it's hard to hear the different farting sounds. And with that, I apologize for anything mean I have said about the basson.
