Week 1 Report

After week one of Operation get buff, 5 pounds have been dropped. Woo! It's amazing when you watch what you eat, and run a mile a day. I now even officially have a locker at the rec too. That's scary. I didn't think after a week it would make much of a difference, too bad I took this weekend off and drank a shit ton of beer Saturday night. Muscles haven't reappeared yet, its only been a week, but they will eventually! I have hope! Also shoulder presses are NOT my friend. I have to hold my horn up for a sectional tonight and its a good thing I don't have conducting tomorrow.

Also, for those of you who want insight as to what discussions happen in the locker room sauna, it isn't that interesting, unless you wanna hear a bunch of sorostitutes talking about the tag of their shirt hanging out while they were playing basketball and it was embarassing because the guys/friends they were playing with had to tuck it back in. Come on.
