Dear Apple,

What is wrong with having tech support available to those of us without new like computers and without a security code. I don't like doing tech support via email, that's just a pain in the butt. With that, I'm driving to Columbus today to your nearest Apple store, hopefully you can fix my below mentioned problem. When the battery died something happened that I hope is not permanent.

Turns out it was just an OS crash, resulting in a wipe of the system by the lovely people at the Apple Store in Columbus. All is well, and the computer is finally personalized to me!

The best part was the trip to the most awesomest mall in the state of OH and dinner at the Cheesecake Factory :p
